I am Jada Sezer, British model and mental health advocate.

Whilst studying my Masters in Child Psychotherapy, I noticed the powerful affect the media had on young people's mental health.

I took to social media + started writing about mental wellbeing, which included editorial style images of myself to boost the confidence of girls who felt unrepresented. Soon after I was signed to London's leading modelling agency Models1.

L'oreal Paris featured me on their #AllWorthIt + #TrueMatch beauty campaign billboard's where I actively encouraged turning self doubt into self worth + represented diversity as a nonconventional cat walk model.

Women's Health included me in their first ever Strong Minds issue + empowering annual NAKED issue.

I'm also a proud ambassador for Young Minds Charity, working to generate awareness and support for helping young people affected by mental illness.

I am committed to protecting the mental health of young people + promoting fearless self confidence. I am also guest author for publications including the Huffington Post.
