I hate routine when it comes to fitness, I hate regularity, I hate feeling like a hamster on a wheel month after month, sweating off your regrettable weekend motivated by your underused, overpriced gym contract. 

Instead I prefer variety.

Do what works for you.

Over the last two months I've been attending Fierce Grace hot yoga and running laps around my new neighbourhood (as I'm sure you've seen on my instagram or snap chat -@jadasezer-). 

There are no rules to working out, keeping fit is individual to you so don't feel forced to commit to just one thing. You can do anything.

Just start. Start today and do something.
